Open 7 days a week, chef Michael Rantissi creates a sharing menu inspired by the wood-fired oven dishes from his Mediterranean travels, with a strong emphasis on seasonal vegetables and salads. The restaurant is fully licensed with an international and local selection of wine, beer and cocktails. Located in the hidden garden courtyard of the Casba complex on Danks Street, Waterloo. Priced at $70 per person The chef's selection sharing menu is a selection of dishes chosen from the current dinner menu.

Whether it is breakfast, lunch or dinner, Kepos & Co delivers an unexpected dining experience using the best produce each season has to offer. Everything is made inhouse – the wood-fired taboon bread comes straight from the oven and brought to your table, and the freshly ground hummus made in a mortar and pestle, transformed before your very eyes. Herbs and spices are combined with the freshest seafood, meat and vegetables to create a mouth watering menu. Each seasonal menu offers a selection of gluten free, vegetarian and vegan dishes.
